Check-In
Request all the guest to Carry the Booking Confirmation either in Hard Copy or on mobile to ease your Check In.
Check-in time is any time after 2 pm (not guaranteed due to the high volume of occupancy). If you arrive earlier, the receptionist will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready.
Pre requisite special requirements would be entertained subject to availability – related to food, room service , activities anything special both chargeable and complimentary. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Should you need to confirm an earlier arrival time than the hotel’s standard check-in time, please be in touch with the retreat in advance and charges would be intimated.
Contact the hotel directly in advance. If you plan to arrive earlier that the hotel’s check-in time and to want to be sure you will get your room, then we suggest you book also the night before.
Check-Out
Check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you require a later check-out, please contact the receptionist before 10 AM on the day of departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee that it would be possible. A charge may be applied depending on availability.
Any delay to checked-out will result in an extra night being added to the final bill unless request accepted by the retreat.
We can accommodate guest luggage complimentary at the reception after check-out time if required.
Payment Methods
For prepaid reservations, you have to pay in advance either by a valid Credit/ Debit Card / UPI payment to the Authorized QR code or UPI Phone No or by bank transfer. Please note that if the payment is done with a credit card belonging to another person who won’t be present at the retreat, we will need written authorization sent by the credit card holder with a copy of his credit card and a copy of his ID. The retreat reserves all rights to refuse access to the room to any guest who is not able to show us the credit card he used for his prepaid reservation or if we did not receive the authorization before his arrival.
For non-prepaid reservations, upon arrival, you can pay cash/ UPI Payment to the authorized QR code or Phone number.

Refund & Cancellation policy
• Booking cancelled before 30 days full refund
• Booking Cancelled Before 15-29 Days 25% + GST will be charged
• Booking cancelled less than 07-14 Days 50% + GST will be charged
• Booking Cancelled less than 06 Days – NO refund applicable
Smoking / Alcholic Drink Policies
No Smoking Retreat
Smoking is prohibited in all the tents and all public areas of the Tent premises. Smoking is only allowed outside the property or on the Open Area of the Premises .
Please note that drinking is permitted only within your accommodation or in the designated areas specified by the management.
In case of any incident or accident guest is liable to pay all damages.
We kindly request your cooperation to ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests.
Parking Policy
There is a dedicated parking space for visitors who visits Chanderi Tent City, which is outside of the property.
Pet Polocies
Pets are not accepted in the rooms or in the common area of the Hotel ( Only allowed with the special permission of the Management )
Valuables
The Tent City requests you to keep you valuables on with safe with your own risk. The Tent city management is not responsible for any losses or damages.

We will make every effort to honor special requests upon arrival. such as Jain Food, Room Service, Activity related or any other. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Cancellation Policy
All hotel rooms are subject to a cancellation policy depending on which kind of rates/reservation you have chosen. Please contact the hotel to have more information.
Prepaid reservations cannot be canceled or modified and are non-refundable.
Smoking Policies
Smoking is prohibited in all the tents and all public areas of the Hotel. Smoking is only allowed outside the property.
Please note that guests found to be smoking in the room will be charged a cleaning fee of INR 1000 per day. In case of any incident, the guest will have to reimburse the entire amount of loss.
Wirelless Internet Access
Complimentary wireless internet service is offered to all guests in their rooms and all the hotel areas. The optic fiber allows a quick and stable connection. For login and password, please ask reception.
Parking Policy
There is a dedicated paid parking space for visitors who visits Hanuwantiya Tent City, which is outside of the property.
